Our clients do not pay a transactional or annual fee to participate in this program; however, clients typically have a full and balanced banking relationship, including one or more of the following products and services:

This high yield insured account combines convenience of a checking account with the earning power of a money market account. The minimum to open is $10,000 with no monthly service charge for balances over $1,000. Your deposits fuel the Bank's local lending programs and are not part of a larger organization's mutual fund operations.

A Private Client Services Smart One account includes free personalized specialty checks, free Online Banking, free Online Bill Pay, a reduced-fee safe deposit box, fee-free travelers checks, and other personalized services.

With credit limits beginning at $5,000, no annual fee, and an attractive interest rate (Prime plus 1.50%), our Gold Visa account provides convenience and outstanding value.

A home mortgage is often the foundation of your personal financial affairs. We offer a full range of financial products to meet your home mortgage needs, including construction loans, jumbo loans, interest only financing, bridge loans, or just about any variation of residential mortgage product that you may require. Your Relationship Manager will make sure the process is efficient and very competitively priced.

A home equity credit line provides a convenient and cost effective means of borrowing for any sort of financial need. Once you have established two or more accounts with us, you are eligible to apply for the Relationship Home Equity Line of Credit. This special product, offered only through a Relationship Manager, features interest at Prime Rate, no closing costs, and no application or annual fees. All credit decisions are made locally, usually in one day, so funds are available quickly and conveniently. There simply is no better value for home equity line of credit.
