Business Bill Pay
CheckFree WebPay for Small Business lets you quickly and conveniently pay anyone online that you pay today by check.
With CheckFree WebPay for Small Business, you can:
- Pay anyone. Add any person or company in the United States as a payee, and then make payments to those payees at
your convenience. The only payments you can't make through this service are court-ordered payments and state and
federal tax payments.
- Receive and pay e-bills online. Many payees can send you electronic bills (e-bills) through CheckFree WebPay for
Small Business.
- Schedule repeating payments. Automatically make repeating payments, such as lease payments, at the frequency you
choose.
- Make payments on the Internet with a secure and reliable system. CheckFree WebPay for Small Business uses SSL
(secure sockets layer), which ensures that your connections and information are secure from outside inspection. CheckFree
WebPay for Small Business also uses 40-bit or 128-bit encryption (whichever your browser supports) to make your
information unreadable as it passes through the Internet.
You can also use CheckFree WebPay for Small Business to:
- Electronically link invoice and credit memo information with your payments.
- Automatically pay most e-bills as you receive them by selecting Auto-Pay when you request e-bills from a payee.
- Export your payment information by creating Quicken®, QuickBooks®, and Microsoft® Money import files.
- Review pending payments and access your payment activity online.

Go to
CheckFree WebPay for Business
to start the enrollment process. The enrollment form takes about 15 minutes to complete.
For your security, enrolling in CheckFree WebPay for Small Business involves four steps:
- Entering your business information. You provide some basic information about your business. The business name you
provide during enrollment is the name that appears on your payments.
- Providing business contact and security information. We use the business contact information to contact you. The
business contact security information, such as your driver's license number and Social Security number, helps us verify
your identity to guard against possible identity fraud.
- Entering your payment plan information and reviewing the Terms and Conditions. This information tells us which
payment plan you want. You also have the opportunity to review the Terms and Conditions for CheckFree WebPay for Small
Business.
- Completing your enrollment. You print and sign your enrollment form, attach a check from your designated payment
account, and mail the form to Payment Services.
Please complete the four steps so your enrollment can be processed accurately and quickly. After we process your
enrollment, you will receive (through the U.S. mail) a welcome letter containing your Payment Activation Code (PAC).
Once you obtain the PAC, you can begin making payments. It normally takes about two weeks to complete the validation
process and begin paying bills online.
